When you contact us
We use the details you choose to send — such as your name, company, email, phone and request — to respond, consider a collaboration or support an existing project. Do not include passwords or sensitive information unnecessary for your request.
The enquiry form
When you select “Send message”, your form details are sent to the website server and emailed to info@innopus.io through our mail server. The website and Mailcow email system run on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. We use your email address to reply to your enquiry. We do not store enquiries in a separate form database.
Purpose and legal basis
Quote requests and project services relate to pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract. General correspondence relies on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries while respecting your rights. Relevant legal obligations also apply where necessary.
Access and retention
Correspondence is accessed by people who need to handle the enquiry and necessary communication service providers. Retention depends on handling the request, the duration of a working relationship and applicable record-keeping or legal needs. Contact us for more information about your specific enquiry.
Cookies and external services
To limit abusive submissions, a temporary attempt counter uses a hashed IP identifier held only in server memory for up to one hour. The corporate pages do not install analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site. Links to the store and LinkedIn lead to separate services with their own functions and privacy information.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact info@innopus.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
